The MQ-7 CO Carbon Monoxide Coal Gas Sensor Module is designed to detect carbon monoxide (CO) levels in the air, offering readings as an analog voltage. It can measure CO concentrations from 10 to 10,000 ppm (parts per million), making it suitable for various applications, from home safety to industrial environments.
This sensor operates within a temperature range of -10 to 50°C and is energy-efficient, using less than 150 mA at 5V. Its wide operating range and low power consumption make it reliable for diverse conditions.
The MQ-7 module provides both digital and analog outputs. You can easily adjust the threshold for the digital output using a preset on the board, allowing for customized detection levels.
