Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders to addresses within India only. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

Courier Partners

We ship orders using multiple shipping partners after considering cost, delivery time, and location. We have partnered with 10+ courier partners (FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, Ekart, ECOM Express, Xpressbees, Shiprocket, etc)  for smooth and expedited delivery of parcels. These are third-party service providers that are not owned by ChipTronicX. If your location is in J&K, North East States, or in remote areas or villages then we use Indian Post for confirmed delivery, else the order may get delayed or returned due to a non-serviceable area. 

Note: Shipment from India Post can be delayed due to regional or national holidays and limited working hours.

Shipping Methods and Timelines

We offer the following shipping methods for domestic orders:

  1. Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via standard shipping typically take [3 to 15] business days to arrive, depending on the destination location. Shipping fees may vary based on order value and weight.
  2. Express Shipping: For customers who require their orders urgently, we offer express shipping options. Express shipments are typically delivered within 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Additional shipping charges apply for express shipping.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather and local postal service efficiency.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other external factors may cause delays. Roboway is not responsible for such delays.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order, shipping method selected, and delivery location. The shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order online. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order to the provided shipping address. If no one is available to receive the package after multiple attempts, the courier company may leave a delivery notification with further instructions for pickup or rescheduling.

Delivery Issues

In the event of any delivery issues, such as delayed delivery or lost packages, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes to the shipping address may result in delays or additional charges.
