5-Channel Flame Sensor Module

The 5-Channel Flame Sensor Module is designed to cover a wide area of over 120 degrees, making it highly effective for detecting flames in larger spaces. Ideal for robotics applications, this module can detect any nearby fire using five individual flame sensors arranged at 30-degree intervals. This configuration ensures comprehensive coverage and accurate detection of flames from various angles.

The module provides both analog and digital output signals. The analog signal offers high precision for detailed flame detection, while the digital output simplifies integration with other systems. Users can adjust the sensitivity of the digital output using an on-board potentiometer, allowing for customized performance based on specific needs.

Equipped with five LED indicators, the module aids in debugging by visually showing the status of each sensor. High-precision resistors enhance the module’s accuracy compared to other flame sensors. It is sensitive to both flame and radiation, and can detect light sources within the wavelength range of 760nm to 1100nm. For lighter flames, the effective detection distance is up to 80 cm, with increased detection range for larger flames.
