The TM4C123G LaunchPad Evaluation Kit (EK-TM4C123GXL) is a cost-effective and feature-rich development platform designed for engineers, students, and embedded system developers working with Arm® Cortex®-M4F based microcontrollers. Powered by the TM4C123GH6PM MCU, this LaunchPad delivers high performance with an 80 MHz Cortex-M4F processor, making it ideal for real-time control, industrial automation, and learning embedded development.
The microcontroller integrates 256 KB of flash memory and 32 KB of SRAM, providing ample space for complex applications and firmware development. Built-in USB 2.0 support enables device, host, and on-the-go (OTG) functionality, making the board suitable for USB-enabled embedded designs. In addition, the TM4C123GH6PM includes two 12-bit ADC modules, allowing accurate analog signal measurement for sensor-based applications.
A wide range of communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN ensures easy connectivity with external peripherals and systems. The LaunchPad also highlights advanced features like PWM modules for motor control and hibernation mode for low-power applications, making it useful for energy-efficient designs.
