The CYUSB3KIT-004 EZ-USB™ SX3 Explorer Kit (DVK) is a powerful and flexible development platform built around Infineon’s EZ-USB™ SX3 product family, a line of highly configurable SuperSpeed USB controllers designed for high-performance data applications. Engineered to accelerate product development, the SX3 Explorer Kit enables designers, engineers, and system integrators to rapidly prototype USB 3.0 solutions without extensive firmware design, thanks to SX3’s innovative fully configurable interface.
At the heart of the SX3 device is a versatile general-purpose interface (GPIF) that can be seamlessly configured to communicate with virtually any external processing element. This includes microprocessors, ASICs, image sensors, and FPGAs, making the kit suitable for a wide range of data-intensive applications such as machine vision, industrial automation, medical imaging, and high-speed data acquisition.
