Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ChipTronicX. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. Please read the following refund policy to understand our procedures for processing refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Most of our products are technical in nature and require trained personnel to handle them. Any kind of mishandling can result in damage or malfunctioning of the product, it is not possible for us to provide a replacement or refund if the product is damaged due to technical or physical mishandling. We offer refunds on eligible items within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products are eligible for a replacement if there is physical damage during transit or a clear manufacturing defect.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
  • The item must be eligible for return based on the criteria outlined in our Return Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Digital products (e.g., software downloads, digital subscriptions)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or vouchers

3. Return Process

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return authorization with visual proof within 2 days of receiving the package..
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories or documentation that came with the product.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except when a return is initiated due to wrongly delivered products or damaged products.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Note: If the returned product is found working by our team, we may charge the shipment Fee + Restocking Fee.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on the payment method and your financial institution’s processing time.

5. Refund Exceptions

In certain cases, refunds may be subject to deductions or exceptions, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable)
  • Restocking fees for certain items
  • Return shipping costs (if the return is not due to our error)

6. Cancelled Orders

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to our standard refund policy.

After the confirmation of the order, If any unexpected shortage of inventory or any other inventory issues or shipping issue arises, we may not be able to ship the product. Your order will be auto-canceled and the full amount will be refunded to your original source of payment. The Buyer can also request to Buy any other product available on the website. If ChipTronicX initiates an order cancelation, the customer will be changed with no cancellation fee, and a full refund will be initiated.
